I have an issue of excess billing for broadband usage against the telephone no. 0194 2440420 (Srinagar, J&K) for the month of January 2009 for Home-Plan 500 (2.5 GB free) BSNL
The data as verified from server side by the concerned authorities at Lal chowk, Srinagar, J&K whose report is attached with this complaint. As i am having Home plan 500 in which there is free usage during 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 A.m. but i have been charged for this duration also.
Now i have even got the report from the broadband section of BSNL office, Lal Chowk, Srinagar, by the concerned SDE who also agrees that i have been wrongly charged for the night unlimited period also. Still i have been made to run from post to pillar by the concerned authorities for the no mistake of mine.
Plz look into the matter personally as i have been made to visit BSNL office 40 times but to no heed at suleman complex, Dalgate , Srinagar where Accounts officer, BSNL office is. The behaviour is so bad from BSNL officials & they humiliate their customers to an extent that person is made to think thousand times before opting for the services of BSNL .
I really am in great mess at the moment as my bill for January 2009 stands for Rs. 2901 which actually should have been Rs. 672. Now i fear that my telephone connection might get disconnected because i haven’t yet paid my bill because the excess billing issue is still pending with the concerned authorities.
I have been made to suffer for the no mistake of mine.
Hope ur goodself will take the appropriate measures to solve the matter at the earliest.
