BSNL Broadband Customer care

My BSNL broadband connection is not working since past 1 week and i have been running to the nearest exchange to get this resolved. All they say is will work and get back to you. BUT NEVER got an update neither they answer the calls. SUCH A IRRESPONSIBLE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE . Dont even track the customer compliant on records all they have is a notebook on which they write it.. BOSS pls impvore your technology on tracking and responding to your customers effeciently..
