I have ported in to bsnl from Reliance GSM(9171956665-TN). I have got activated my bsnl caller tune. But even after several trials, I failed to change my tune to “yeh to sach hai”-hindi devotional-code 1007944- from the bsnl tune. Every time I got the mas that I am not authorised for this service.If you can activate the bsnl tune, why can’t I change as per my wish? Please help me to solve this problem. I lost around Rs 15, to send sms commands only . Even Rs 5 while calling to 56799 as per your agents suggestion.Expecting a positive response. Thank you.
