BSNL CellOne Mobile – No Customer Care

Dear Sir/Madam, I am having landline connection since 7 years. But since last 10 months the service is not working properly Below are the problems faced:- 1]noisy line first 3 months 2]after that phone remained dead for 3 months 3]on multiple times complaining they said due to cable fault the problem has occurred and we will repair it and reimburse you. And the fact is that, they even never turned to check the problem at the site. on complaining on 198 complaint number it says your complaint is in process due to “technical fault”(as per date 24/08/2014) since last 3 months. Here is my complaint id number-1017145269 Even though phone has been started yesterday but the line is 95% useless from any angel even cannot be used for transactions machine. I am a merchant having credit card EDC machine and because of unsupportive nature and response from the BSNL I suffered business loss. So, I decide to complain over here. My humble and kind request to please correct the faulty line and reimburse me of the losses suffered by me. Hoping for a immediate and satisfactory response. Thanks and Regards Dhapudevi Jain
