Today 12.004 A.M. I made BSNL ONLINE RECHARGE in the “http://portal. bsnl.in/rc” to my prepaid BSNL Apna mobile No. 94878515XX for Rs.344/-. I made the payment from my onlinesbi.com Internet Bank Account No.00000010852702868. The amount was debited from my bank account but not credited to my mobile i.e. recharged failed / transiction status failed but money was not credited back to my bank account. The transaction ID is POS00005077 as shown on the website.

Please credit the amount in my account, I call the customer care and convey this message many time. But there is no response till now. I hope to see BSNL resolve my complaint ASAP
