Bsnl has changed my bb plan without any written consent of me resulting 20 times increase in bill from 1st July 14.it is a cheat.i haven’t opted for the new plan.this phenomenon communicated by ao(tr) of my dist over telephone on 16th august. then i had changed my plan on 18th august, the next working day as i am not interested to the new plan. the bill of July has already been settled. i want relief from 1st to 18th august according to my old plan bbg fn combo 500.
8 times increase in bill for the same usage compared previous years & months. the new bill is Rs. 4200 instead of Rs 600 which is huge for any home user. so i cant paid the bill. and my telephone services has been barred since 15 days ago
