terrible service of broadband for last 6 months,when reported there is no responce and actions taken.the officials keep on forwarding each others no and no one is willing to take the responsibility.even when reported physically in the office there is no responce..nobody even responds on the customer care no.ie.1500.
12,000 abt annually paid for the service and the service is nowhere up to the mark.when needed to operate the broadband mostly fails to work resulting in discomfort and hampering my studies..also causing mental agony and stress with time loss..feeling of disrespect towards the customer.
strict actions should be taken against the authority ..i want my full refund of the service.
