Dear Sir My bsnl broadband connection is out of order for past 2 months and I am paying bills without using the service. There has been no response from BSNL to repair my connection. My faulty bsnl number is 08372-246639 Betgeri Gadag Karnataka. Please do the needful and also request BSNL to refund amount collected when not in service period.

two months before i paid the fee late so i got a blog saying i didn’t pay the fee . I when and said to bsnl operator that may net connection is so slow . he said that from next month on wards net connection will be proper but even after i paid the fees properly within in the time limit my net connection is so slow and it saying that i didn’t pay the fee . i do have the receipt with me please the step to solve my problem i cant use my net properly . i am living in k.k.nagar chennai 78 tamilnadu
