This is to much is this Broadband of India , speed under 1 Mbps BSNL paying Combo plain Rs.800/ plus other service tax etc,, and what a useless speed we are getting , so many complains but no one is serious to solve this problem , I am from Gujarat sanjan pin 396150 customer Id 1012474175 Account number 1012634379 phone nos; 0260 2575414 what is the solution for this ,am we have to cancel BSNL connection and go for other network ? why the system of speed cannot be improved ?

When I tested my broadband speed, I got mere 156 kbps when the promised speed is 1 Mbps. Also sometiems at night the speed increases to as much as 2 mbps but i am not sure why this sudden burst and pathetic service over the rest of the day.
