BSNL DataOne DSL Broadband Modem Configuration by Customer Care

Hi, I had applied for a BSNL Brdbnd connection and when I enquired in BSNL office about the modem, they told the modem is not available and I have to purchase a modem from outside. I purchased a D-link ADSL modem and gave the modem to BSNL office for configuring, now its been 3 days since I have not got my modem configured. I had called them 4 times and on the first day they told it will be configured by the nest day morning, next day morning when I called up they told it will be ready by evening and in the evening they told it will be ready by next day only, and today when I called up they are saying to call after sometime. My number is 0484-2701236 and the BSNL office is nettor BSNL exchange. Kindly do the needful. Thanks, P.T.Joseph
