I applied for a new landline and broadband connection. I got the connection done by April 25, 2014. I gave my modem to BSNL office in Kalapet and got it configured on April 28, 2014. However, as promised by them, they did not turn up on April 28, 2014 4.00 p.m. and i had to call them around 5 pm. only to find out that they will come the next day. As I urgently needed the connection, I reported the same to customer care and lodged an online complaint also. Later, on April 29, 2014, i came to know that they were angry with me for filing the complaint and returned the modem to one of my friends who went there to seek their cooperation in fixing the modem. Apparently, employees from Kalapet office told my friend to take the modem and fix it on our own. This shows complete irresponsibility on their part. Why should I fix the modem and what is the responsibility of these staff?
How to rectify such lapses? Why should i suffer because I have gone for BSNL connection? I do not deserve this.
