BSNL – Deliberate erroneous billing request for un subscription

My BSNL customer ID is 4002703464 and my BSNL account no. is 901769194. I have been charged deliberately and wrongly every month with an amount of Rs. 149/- by reflecting the charges as One time charges for BSNL Hungama (for which I have never subscribed. BSNL subscribed on their own without my consent) since January 2013 amounting to financial loss of Rs. 1043/- till date. I have complained at BSNL Broadband complaint Andhra Pradesh forum vide online complaint no. 18544916392 dated 07/05/13 and a personal mail to kpvinodkumar@bsnl.co.in for deactivation of BSNL Hungama on Feb 19, 2013. There is no response from BSNL officials and they are sending the wrong billing on their own despite my request for deactivation. Please initiate action against those who carryout such wrong marketing and billing practices and help the customers. There are plenty of customers like me who do not find time and know how to solve these petty issues. Kindly initiate stern action against those who are resorting to such wrong billing practices. I would be highly grateful if the amount can be returned back to me.

I want the BSNL to either return the amount of Rs. 1043/- by means of a Banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft or crediting the amount to my account and adjusting the same against my next month’s billing.
