I was using BSNL landline, when I changed my house, I surrendered my Landline. I filled the surrender form and submitted my landline phone to the exchange and got a surrender receipt from them. I submitted my phone on December-2013, and they informed me that my deposit amount cheque will be send to my mailing address mentioned in the form with in 2 months. But still now, I did not get my deposit back, today’s date is 16-May-2014. My Landline number : 020-27151996 Deposit amount : 2000Rs. I tried calling their customer care, and went to their office and asked, but no one gives proper responces. Please arrange for getting my deposit back .
