On Nov 11, 2014 BSNL send me SMS ” You are charged Rs29 for renew of service Ditto Gold Pack of validity 30 Days. For De-sub send SMS STOP to 57171 or 155223″. When I reply this SMS with STOP they deduct money of Rs 29. I got information about this when my phone call disconnect during an important call. I was shamed when got some bad words from other side. After this I called call centre for refund, they told that I got my refund within 30 day and give me the Complaint number 2K13556691. But till date I have not found any refund from company. These company in Feb 2013, also deduct money like this. On that time I was also made some call but my call was disconnect before completing my talk.

On the both I heard some bad words from other side like ” jab tumhare phone me paise nahi hote too call kio kerte hoo. kamate nahi hoo too phone kio rakhte hoo”. Due to the two time same frauds of company I faced two time defamation.
