I am having a BSNL broadband connection at home under Home-500C scheme for the last 8 months. Under this
scheme, I can use up to 1.5GB of data in every month
in addition to the unlimited data transfer between 2.00am
to 8.00am. I was utilising this facility and no excess amonunt was deducted for the free usage till January bill.

In Jan bill all my broadband usage beyond 1.5GB was
included for billing where as the BSNL account checking site
(dataone.in) says I have used only 997MB during the
chargeable time. That means I have not gone up to the free limit of 1.5GB itself. Balance quantity used in Jan’09
was during the free period for which I was charged.

This was taken up with Public Relations Officer, GM office , BSNL , Salem but so far not yet settled. Mean time I got feb’09 bill where the night usage is not included for billing. That
shows what had happened was a mistake at BSNL end.

Please advise me what to do next.
