I was using Urban 120/-Rs. plan & was availed yearly payment. Due to that I pad Rs.1200/- per year. AS this facility was unilaterally terminated by BSNL, I was pushed to Rs.180/- One-india plan without my knowledge & consent. After expiry of yearly payment, I should have offered same plan i.e. Rs.120/- /Month. Thus BSNL has charged me extra since Jun,2013 to 28/11/2013. I have communicated this many time to your a/c officers in Pune but they have shown their inability to refund extra charges giving under different pretext.
