sir, i have applied for a wll connection with depositting of necessary documents and fee. since two months passed with repeated visits to the office and request to the jto mr kamal behera and sdo mr abhaya nayak, i have been harrashed and denied the service till now with silly reasons. as for my business i want this connection very urgently and also promised by the concerned authority to provide the service in time, but it was all false promise an
