I am running BSNL GRAMSEVA KENDRA having CSC400 plan with broadband limit up to 4 GB in a month. But due to broadband connection failure several times I am unable to utilize the same. But the billing amount of Rs-560 or above comes in a month whatever the utilization of broadband service is. Minimum 7 days in a month broadband service becomes out of order. Moreover during online activity suddenly broadband connection becomes failure. It happens frequently.
I have to use Data card for internet purpose for public demand by paying extra amount. Moreover I have to pay the billing amount though the service becomes out of order for more than 7 or 15 days.
I want the service to be regular without interruption or the billing amount should be as per my use.
