My son sachin saini was having a bsnl landline phone connection no. 0180 2670 722 in the past. Recently we had left these services and got disconnected the lines on 8th april 2014 by completing the all due formalities and by paying the due amounts of billing. We have been wandering to their office at panipat, g.t. Road for the last about 11 months but they have not released / paid / refunded the amount of security money appx. Rupees 1700/- as yet. My son sachin saini is now gone abroad for his job and i myself a retired person from the crpf, aged 55 years have approached their office several times- about 7 to 8 times to their panipat office but they are not responding me adequate reply and not assuring to refund the my due money of security amount. I have become fed-up because of the attitude and behavior of the clerks and the seniors / supdts. There. Please do something in this regard as to teach this deptt. A lesson for their fault of teasing and harassing the public in such a way ! And also get my refunds at the earliest along with due interest amount alongwith to refund my expenses made by us by going to their office time and again. Thanks. With due regards. Ram nath saini. Not ask about the consequences! I / we have become fed-up and lost a a lot of our precious time and money by approaching their office, time and again. Now, only i want to lay penalty to the bsnl haryana and want to received my security money alongwith getting the harzaanaa of expenses made by us and also compensation of our mental stress given by this deptt. Since about last one year.
