i have recently taken bsnl broadband connection at my home.. But internet connects for few seconds and then automatically disconnects.. I have already complaint it many times on bsnl complaint service. Exchange people told me that its a line problem and they said they are rectifying it.. But 15 days after complaining the problem still persists….. Can I get a refund on the installation charges which I paid initially.
