This is to bring to your notice that we are facing repeated broadband issues at Survey # 127/175, Silver Skyscaoes, Wakad, Pune. Opp. Lane to NCP Office. Last year, Broadband + Landline were down for Over 2.5 months(Starting 08-Aug-2013 and got restored in Late Oct). but many of us got the refund for barely 1 Month (Ra. ~1000, without returning service tax as well). Had dropped mail to BSNL incharges even that time as well. I had paid whole year’s internet payment upfront, but out of over 2.5 months of downtime, only one month’s payment was credited back to my account. I brought this in their notice multiple times, but since then, but NO action taken so far, except for once I got a call in which I was asked to wait for few days and assuring it will be corrected.
I request BSNL to ethically return my whole amount to be returned back to me, along with interest. Also would like a gentleman’s promise that they will do their job with dedication. Just like they wont like if they are not getting service for something they are supposed to, we too feeling bad when we have paid for it and still facing issue, which are not given due attentions.
