Sir I have a land-line which no.is 01423-250179.This no is dead nearly about 3 year and i complain frequently every weak and every months.but there is no resolution of this no. I paying all bill on time to time there is no bills due till today. but my land-line is not working and bill is generated every month.and the department of bsnl says that land line hatwalo and WLL (wire less land line ).many time i requested to my bill waiver but their is no response to bill waiver.and they not adjusted my money in my bsnl account. THIS is the problem in my land-line so please resolve this problem.and pls give me land line services. And another issue is when I take bsnl connection i deposited 2000 as a security amount but now in these days on bill the amount of security shows 600/- only when i called the customer care they says the amount of your security is adjusted in your bills.but there is no adjusted in any bill i pay all bills without any adjusting amount.so pls resolve these problems immediately

I want relief from BSNL-MY land line no should be running well and the amount which are payed by me should be refund and the amount of security which are 2000 and now 600.
