I took a telephone connection with BSNL, Kothapet, Hyderabad and was issued a Land line connection with phone no: 040-24220018 in the month of June, 2009. On constant phone calls and follow up i got the connection in working condition almost after 20 days.The plan was BB-HOME 500 Combo plus. There were no bills generated for 6 months i.e till January 2010, until i myself complianed and got them generated . I paid the first month amount Rs 500 honestly even without the bill. All the bills were generated and sent all at once later through mail with the due date 10/02/2010 . They dint generate any bill for Jan, 2010 and by the end of Feb 2010, they billed me Rs 50,000 as total charge and the total hours of usage every month were around 600 hrs on an average which is absurd and highly unbelievable. The charge as per the plan was just Rs 500/month. Even as per unlimited plan it should be Rs 750/ month. Both the charges and the hours of usage is totally incorrect logically, ethically and analytically.I never used internet for so many hours as i used to work the whole day and spent almost 12 hrs of the in office being an employee in an MNC. It is obviously inefficient and incorrect billing and I donot agree to this far excess billed amount and deny to pay the same.
I request you to please, please resolve this for me and do justice. I already paid Rs 5500 which exceeded the legitimate amount to be paid as per 500 Combo plus plan. But i am not ready to pay an atrocious and unbelievable amount of Rs 50,000 for 6 months and something that i didnot use. And BSNL is responsible and answerable to the mental harassment they gave me and my family all through these years for their fault. Kindly, grant me justice and end this unnecessary issue once for all and it would be great and fair to cancel their license for the worst service they are providing to their customers. I would be obliged.
