Dear Sir/ Madam, With a great regret and disappointment I am here to inform you that I am a senior citizen of 76 years. I have been suffering from High blood pressure and I am a post-pacemaker implantation patient. At present I cannot move here and there easily. I hold a BSNL land phone No – (033) 25289xxx which is inactive for around two and half months. According to my physician’s advice I am unable to hold mobile phone. I solely depend on my land-line phone for correspondence to my physicians and relatives. But the land phone remain inactive for more than two months. I have informed BSNL repeatedly about my helpless condition but they have turned deaf ears to my distress.
