I had booked a complaint on my BSNL land line phone No 0484 2537537 on 01/11/13.for No Dial Tone.For the last 5 days my phone is dead. Number of time I tried to ring up SDE on No 0484 2408500. But no one attends the phone.Will you kindly look in to the matter and expedite the fault repair. Kindly let me know the present status of the complaint.Faulty telephone no is 0484 2537537. Also it is impossible to live in today;s world without Broadband and the Internet connection on this number is also dead. Kindly help as soon as possible.
