My BSNL Phone line is down from last two months, I am not getting any response from BSNL Officers at Navsari office. Main cable was cut two months ago at main road, and still BSNL is unable to replace them, their excuse is that they don’t have cable to replace. My main concern is that this is the only medium for internet in our area and it is not working from long time. My no is 273672.

Please help resolve this issue as early as possible or else I will raise the complaint with the ministry of Communications.
