My BSNL Landline Phone (0343 2532002) of Durgapur Bidhan Nagar exchange is lying inoperative for nearly 20 days. Docket No. is 11788819512. Whenever inquired in exchange they show their helplessness. Please do the needful to rectify it.

I am very disappointed by the state of BSNL Services.
