My BSNL landline Number is 0251-2405136. On this ladline no. STD call Facilities are automatically locked some time. Today also the STD facility are locked on the same number. So please start these facility as early as possible & also give me the reason of that why this problems are repeated again & again as as soon as possible. Kindly do needful.

I request BSNL to look into the issue ASAP maybe their is a Fault in their Embedded Hardware exchange controlling our lines.
