I am BSNL landline customer having 01662272499. In september month VAS( value added service) ” Music on Demand ” was added on my landline number without my consent. Till date BSNL is charging Rs 149 per month. Despite my several complaints , none responded . My complaint no with BSNL Haryana grievances cell HAR/CO/2012/8588 since 27 nov 2012 is pending. Please refund previous amount and delete this service. BSNL has replied that Ms rupali Bansal Mobile number 919416498918 has added music on demand service though i do not who is Ruplali bansal . BSNL has cheated me in the name of Rupali bansal. Please take action on ” BSNL” and “Ms Rupali Bansal” and “Hungama .com” proxy of BSNL to loot general Public and refund falsely deducted amount.
