Respected Sir/Madam, I have recharged my bsnl prepaid mobile number 8277263xxxx for validity extension for Rs.75 through bsnl website on 25th November 2014, but didn’t get my number recharged. I recharged 3 times. My money got deducted each time that is Rs 225.But still my number isn’t recharged. I also tried with other website but in vain. I tried calling customer care 1503 but there is no option for lodging complaint. This has happened many times. I request you to please get my money refunded back to me. Thanks, Rajeshwari
