My mobile outgoing services were disconnected because of I didn’t pay mobile bill before time. Then I paid bill online on date 14/06/13.And contacted bsnl office and ask them to restart my mobile outgoing and they said that it will get started in evening automatically.But till next day it didn’t get started.I again contacted office and they said as you paid bill online,it will take time. my complaint is that if they penalized me for not paying bill before time,why not they restore my services promptly after bill is paid. 2)if we are trying to make system paperless,why they are insisting paying bill in office itself.
I want bsnl to provide services promptly and effectively.If they make system of disconnecting connection automatically should make the system to restore services to consumer.
