BSNL- Unable to make and receive call since yesterday evening in chakan (Pune-talawade) area but when going out of this area able to make a call.

Network showing full but keep coming as dialing if calling no.
same mobile other sim Card is working.

Out side chalan i am able to make call.

my BSNL no. is – 9420289596

Kindly have a look on the issue as i am not able to make a call or recive a call.
