Dear Government I have asked for a broadband connection from BSNL in May . They keep me running offices to offices for getting a connection. After so much trouble and giving advance of 2500+250. And then they said for getting a connection u need a modem and phone , i again invested 5000 Rs on modem’ phone and all . They gave a connection and said connection will be activated in 2 days . and since 3 months their 2 days has not came . i keep on calling , they say you have to go to BSNL office, and this was not the END they gave a bill of 5831 Rs.and i keep on saying them to close the connection that also they are not doing If i keep on going office to office . than what buisness people will do … this is what INDIA will develop … I am running and sending mail to office that compel me to file a complaint. And i hope to see a fast response from atleast consumer court , so that atleast here i have faith . And ya please improve the grim situation of BSNL services , they are gov sector .

I want my connection cut . i want my advanced money refunded. And please this should not happen with everyone. Everyone cant reach a consumer court and complaint. So think about it and take strict action on sleeping BSNL.
