Telephone line is noisy, so internet is not working as link cannot be established through modem and also can’t hear anything properly on phone. Repeated complaints have been made through telephone and also verbally by visiting the office. No action has been taken for 2 weeks till date.

My telephone line become noise free as soon as possible so that I can hear properly in my telephone and also can do internet without any interruption.
