I was having a landline phone no. 0180-2585424 at Panipat Refinery Township, Panipat, Haryana. In May’2009, I applied for disconnection of the phone. I deposited all the pending bills and asked for refund of the security deposit. But despite making regular visits to the BSNL office for the refund of security deposit, I am not in the receipt of the same till Date i.e. 29th March’2010.

Kindly look into the matter and issue necessary orders for refund of the security deposit alongwith an interest @ 2% p.m..
