The adaptor for the instrument provided with the landline no. 22915947 become non-operational due to fair wear and tear. when approached to MTNL, it was told that it can be replaced on chargeable basis only as it is damaged. however the adapter is about 04 to 06 years old and there is no sign of damage on it.

I approached storekeeper ,store incharge,SDO,divisional Engineer and in doing so i took leave from my office. The cost of the adapter as per mtnl is Rs. 172 and wage for my one day cost about Rs. 1200.

I want compensation for my one day of leave i,e Rs 1200 and replacement of adapter.
