My telephone No. 07662-253648, is dead wef 21.06.2013. I have informed to SDO,Telephone, Mr. Soni to repair my LL. I have also lodged Land line complaint registed vide No. 1012267532 on 27.06.2013. The BSNL personnel has neither approached to my premises nor my LL repaired.On dtd.12.07.2013 I surprised when I got message on my mobile No. 09827431041 that the aforesaid complaint has been resolved. I again approached to SDO Telephone & TDM Rewa (MP)& lodged complaint vide No. 1012557592, but my problem has not been resolved till date.

My land line connection also possess broad band facility. My connection has been billed with full rent for land line and broad band connection that I could not used from a long time. I don’t get any physical damage, but at several time I feel difficulty to use Internet at cyber cafe and other utilities.

My land line rent and broad band charge may not be bill for the above period. The BSNL authorities may be asked why they have not attended my complaint besides lapse of one months period.
