I Have Using Phone 01482-235XXX (A/C No. 1004057463) BSNL Boradband since 5 to 6 Year befor and same Plan “Home 500 Combo Night UL” but the Plan was changed without information the Night Uses is chargeable. So the result is I got Lot of extra large amount bill. So Please disclose the extra bill of Night uses charege

BroadBand Night Usages Charges that was free 2:00 AM to 8 AM should be Removed from bill.
