I bought a BSNL Pantel Tablet WS 707C (IMEI No: 911305500070736, s/n: 1703301007074) dated 16-09-2013 which showed up with some problems in the month of October’13 when several lines emerged on the display of the tablet. I finally searched for the service centre details of Pantel and since I am resident of jadavpur, I went to Jadavpur Service Centre (Phoenix International, Saiket Parui, B 40 RAJA S C MALLICK ROAD OPPOSITE OF BATA FOOTWARE OR LIC BUILDING, BESIDE KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE (main gate) Kolkata, West Bengal,Phone No: 9143012626 /9143600700) on 1st November,’13 and they provided me with the job card (Job Sheet No. : PENSER0088978) and said that it will take around 15 days to get it back as they need to send it to Pantel main service center at Noida. I called several times at Noida and on 13th Nov’13 came to know that the service center has at last received the tablet and it might take around 15 further days to get it fixed. When I called them 15 days back, they came with some excuses like the required parts are not available and there is no such rule to replace the product since I asked for getting it replaced. So, they asked for 10 more days. After 10 days, on 20th December when I called them back I came to know that my product is still in servising and they could not ensure me the exact date that I’d get my Tablet back in my hand. So, my earnest request to you to take steps on my problems of being harrased consistently. I either want my product back and fixed within a week or replace with a new and same product or I want my entire money back. I look forward your kind response.
