Dear Sir/Madam, I am paying money for BSNL 3g internet services and the services are worse than even 2g.The average speed is about 120 kbps which is also very fluctuating.Very very rarely it reaches to a speed of 800 kbps approx.
Already internet has become so costly. Being a student such poor performance directly effects my pocket money. Second thing is it wastes a lot of time. It is causing a waste of money and time both.

I want that if the company is charging for 3g services it must provide good network coverage and stable 3g speed.
