As I had done two transactions for Online Broadband Bill Payment, both the transactions were failed but I didn’t receive my money back to my account. Both the transactions of Rs1691. total is Rs3382. I also talked to Customer Care, they respond badly and said no transactions done and put down the phone. Services are very poor. I need to take some legal action on this else do whatever you wat to do ASAP.
