I had bought BSNL Penta Calling Tablet- model WS802C2GDC manufactured by Pantel Technology having collaboration with BSNL, Govt of India with following spec on 2nd March 2013 at Kolkata with 1 year Warranty S/N 1803301001147 ,IMEI 911219850448287 OS Version :Android 4.0.4 Processor :Cortex A8 1.2 GHz , With GPU RAM :1GB DDRIII Internal Memory :8GB Battery :5000 mAh Lithium-Polymer Battery Charger :5V DC , 2Amp Connectivity :Supports 2G Through Inbuilt Sim Slot , and 3G USB Dongle support It was submitted for repair of rear camera problem on 29th June.2013 at following authorised service centre of BSNL Penta Tablet via Job Sheet Number : PENSER0058526 Mobi care North Kolkata,Souren Paul(Phone No: 983033852). The service centre dispatched the tablet to Penta corporate office at Noida According to Pantel support centre. they confirmed having repaired and sent my tablet via Fast track courier-tracking number-W19648666) on 15th July and Fast track confirmed having delivered to Mobi Care the same on 16th July . I contacted Mobi Care every day from 16th till 24th July but they kept telling me that they have not received it and kept asking me to check after 2 to 3 days. Finally Pantel asked me on 25th to collect my tablet which when collected and brought home was found to be a different model WS802C3GDC with lower spec and different IMEI911219850005771.Pantel cannot replace my original new tablet with an old one with lower spec.
Either return of my original tab with same IMEI and sr number and dulty repaied or Brand new sealed tablet with intimation of change of IMEI number against my original tab
