I had requested for BSNL Landline Phone transfer from Jayanagar exchange to Kadugudi, Whitefield exchange on Apr 26, 2013 but till date the transfer is not completed. I have been in touch with Mr. Thimmaiyah from Kadhugodi Exchange(9449002389) since more than 15 days but he is not providing my telephone/broadband connection. He gave following reasons 1. The file has not come to him 2. System is hanging in Hyderabad (which i am not able to understand) 3. Your phone # is not released from Indiranagar branch 4. Today (May 22, 2013) he said the number is still not released by Jayanagar branch In fact Jayanagar has given me the phone number also but still i a not getting the connection I tried calling BSNL, Bangalore, picking the # from their website but most of their numbers are either changed or unresponsive. By now i am frustrated with the kind of services they are offering.

I have to pay 1 month rental for the phone which i am not using for the month. My parents are aged and rely on land line phone, they cant contact in case of some emergency at home I am working with a MNC which require me to work at night for this Broadband is required to accomplish my work which i can do

I want my telephone to be transferred immediately and the BSNL authorities should take proactive steps in dealing the Phone transfer cases
