BSNL portal, is the best example of WORST website as far as customer care is concern. Since 8 hours i am trying to view my landline bill online. it shows error. I need to inform concern persons of BSNL regarding this error. i am not able to find right place where i can write. there are around 100 places named “customer care”. ” portal” etc. but none of them is working.
No doubt BSNL is going under heavy losses and not to forget the corrupt DoT, and Telecom Ministers which have ruined the company and its employees beyond repair.
