Dear Sir, As i had paid amount through online payment through BSNL portal site on 10th April 2014. But the payment got failed while i am transacting from my bank account. But the amount was debited from bank account . so i have lost rs.140. so totally 140 rs is debited from my account. so kindly take Refund my bank account as soon as possible.

For My BSNL Prepaid mobile no 9409137530, Yesterday I did a top-up online Recharge for Rs 250 through BSNL website portal, Net banking but not credited in my BSNL account , it debited from my bank and successfully recharge, but balance not shown in my mobile
