On the BSNL Portail, I Recharged ( TOP UP )for Rs. 220/- to Mob. no.9446009465 through internet banking by SBT ,Anandavalleeswaram Branch ,Kollam on 21/4/2014, But not recharged nor the amount re -credited.

BSNL Mobile Balance Deduction
A total balance of RS 320 is fully deducted by BSNL Cellone connection. Even though i didn’t use my balance for any of CALLS,SMS,INTERNET.ETC PLEASE HELP AND RETURN MY BALANCE as this is unfair business practice by a Government organization.
