Dear Sir, I recharged for Rs.225 through a retailer and the transaction ID is 98717487715. But the recharge was successful. The retailer got the message as successful but I didn’t get any message and the recharge didn’t happen. Ph . NO : 9448306551. Please do the needful and help me credit my hard earned money to my account ASAP failing which I will approach the district consumer forum for justice.
