My name is Jagjit Singh Resd. of MP, i have to know about deactivate the mobile radio services. Since 4 months in mobile No. 9424913527 have activated the service of MOBILE RADIO/MUSIC STATION. I am trying to Customer Service Centre . But no one is available on this service after dial 9. Please deactivate this service from this month positively otherwise i bond to go in Consumer Forum to lodge the complaint and closed my Sim from BSNL . I was try to deactivate this service at many times but no response till date. Please help me at an early date.
