a bsnl landline connection in the name of muralidhar barik(0674-2562006) with customer ac no. 8006928664 is out of order since aug 3rd,2013. this is a combo connection of landline-cum-broadband. no steps are being taken neither by the divisional jto nor by any other higher authority to restore the fault. there is a lack of interest and irresponsible approach both on the part of jto and other technicians concerned.
we want complete restoration of the fault as soon as possible and the billed amount during this period to be declared null and void.
