I have BSNL Mobile postpaid no 945855XX69 of up west. Presently I am in srinagar jammu and kashmir(jk) and from the past two days it showing no tower or signal in the signal strength field. on the other hand my other local bsnl no 9419801362 showing full signal strenth. when talked to customer care of jk they told me to talk uttar pradesh customer care rep and on talking to uttar pradesh customer care rep they told to talk jk customer care . but no one is addressing my issue and also not ready to listen to my problem.

Since its a postpaid mobile its monthly rental is fixed whether I use it or not. hence the time it remain out of service I am bearing its cost without using its service. Beside this the money I lost in my business for not able to contact my stake holders is all together a different matter.

I want my BSNL Phone no 9458555869 in service for use as soon as possible.
